Salad buffet with soups and pasta today plus a whole lot more. Very clean and kept the food full and fresh. Great food choices and wonderful staff. Very helpful and happy to help. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Atmosphere was extremely loud during lunch hour. I'll go a little later next time when not so busy. Little awkward for maneuvering around the buffet for ADA in my opinion. Two handicapped parking spots isn't enough spots.

Yes, it's the same Sweet Tomatoes from your childhood, with some changes: - No cash! 90 minute seating limit. - The aesthetic has been updated to the 2020s, with minimalist colors and white LED lighting. I personally think they should play up the nostalgia more, imo. - The food is exactly the same. Exactly the same. A plate of creamy salad followed by endless carbs and desserts to your hearts desire. It's just as decadent as it was in your childhood. - America might have considered this restaurant "health-conscious" 20 years ago, but now that in 2026 we have looksmaxxing and ozempic, you might find it a bit hard to get your macros in here. For protein, you can try your luck with the soups and the bolognese pasta, but remember that end of the day it's only $14 a person to eat here, and the value you get is loading up your belly with yummy snacks. And, supporting the return of a national treasure of course. - Much improved cleanliness and hygiene compared to the before-times. Staff is friendly and vigilantly tidying up the buffet at all times. It’s interesting how you don’t realize how much you love something until it is gone. Prior to their bankruptcy, sweet tomatoes felt like just another restaurant- but after they closed my nostalgia for it grew deeper and deeper: Prior to coming here I was afraid that things would be different, not the same, or unfamiliar but I was gladly delighted as soon as I walked in and saw the bright red plates and endless salad bar. This place felt like stepping back into 2011. Not a single thing has changed, and the prices are still great too. For under $15 I was able to get a huge salad, and unlimited pizza, chilli, pastas, and dessert! It brought a tear to my eye eating here and realizing I was never grateful enough for what I had, and am so glad and excited that it is back. Look, you might scroll here and see negative reviews talking about sweet tomatoes not having protein, having average food, or lacking in variety but the truth is that sweet tomatoes does not try to be other restaurants and never has been. We took the pilgrimage over to Fort Myers to experience the newly opened Sweet Tomatoes. This restaurant brought back great memories for my family. Everything tasted just as we remembered and we are so glad to see a location open in Florida. Hopefully this isn’t the last one. We did find people had traveled from all over just to get to this restaurant. We met people who drove in from Miami and Orlando just to eat there. We had the salad bar, soup, pizza, and pasta. We also had a build your own sundae. The fresh muffins and brownies were also delicious. The people who worked there were very, very kind and friendly. The only suggestion I would have is since it is very new and very popular, there is quite a wait just to get inside. We waited about 30 to 45 minutes to enter the restaurant. We were very accepting of this and willing to wait, however, it would be wonderful if they had ceiling fans or some sort of outdoor cooling along with a water station because the summer heat was very hard to tolerate while waiting for our entry. Other than that, it was a great experience and we will be back.

5 Stars I came all the way from Naples because I already knew Sweet Tomatoes from there, and I was not disappointed. Everything was so delicious. The salad was fantastic, and they also had pizza, sweet potatoes, and soups. Everything tasted really fresh and good. The staff was very friendly, and I really enjoyed my visit. I am so happy Sweet Tomatoes is back, and I would definitely come again. It was a very nice experience.
